We cover your first order as a new agent joining the team. Any requests you submit after joining, will be billed to your credit card we have on file.
Before submitting your request, consider the time and date. Most requests takes 48hrs for processing. Once the printer has received the request, please note there will be a 7-10 business day hold for printing and shipping. Expect approximately 2 weeks to receive your new business cards.
Your business cards will be created based on a template. What this means is that you cannot change the design or layout. The only information you are able to change is the Name, Contact and Photo.
All agents are now responsible for printing their own collateral.
Either through the Swagstore or by downloading the available PDFs in the marketing dashboard and sending those files to a local printer.
